Korean Style Sticky Pork Ribs

  • - 1 rack of pork ribs.
  • - 100ml Rebel Chilli Korean Sauce.
  • - 100mls Korean Marinade.  
  • - 2 stalks of spring onion, finely chopped, to garnish.  
  • - 1tsp sesame seeds, to garnishp.
  • - 1 red chilli, chopped, to garnish (optional).

This is a really hearty meal.

Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 40 minutes | Difficulty: Easy.


  1. In a roasting dish, pour the Korean sauce over the rack of ribs and rub in making sure it’s fully coated.

  2. Cover the dish with cling film and leave in the fridge for 1 hour but preferably overnight.

  3. Roast in a preheated oven at 180C for 40 minutes until brown, tender and sticky.

  4. Cut up, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with spring onion and chilli.
